Product information

For thousands of years, every civilization on earth has gazed upon the stars in search for answers to their biggest questions. The answers they found were wrapped up in stories and passed down the generations.

One of the biggest questions has always been about our origin. Where do we come from?

With our Nascor collection, we explore the star inspired origin stories of different civilizations.

According to the Mayan creation myth, the Popol Vuh, only the sky and sea existed. There was one God called Kukulkan, known as Heart-of-Sky, who created the earth with his words and thoughts.

Mayas believed that the will and actions of their God could be read in the stars, moon, and planets. They dedicated a lot of time to studying the sky and based their calendars on these observations.

The calendars of the Mayas are the most complex, intricate and accurate of all the ancient calendar systems, so accurate that their 365-day cycle matches an actual solar year with only a 20-minute margin of error.

They used these calendars to determine when to initiate trading expeditions, inaugurate kings or start a war but also to keep a record of rainy and dry seasons to determine the best times to plant and harvest their crops.

Our Nascor Obsidian Bracelets honors the intelligence of the Mayas. We hope that wearing these bracelets will remind you to be tactical and make your moves when the circumstances are as good as they can be.

How to measure your wrist

We get asked a lot by our customers on how to measure their wrist, so we wrote a little 'how-to'.

When measuring your wrist, stay as close to your hand as possible, like so
(the circumference in the video is 7.25 inches / 18.4 centimeters.)

Don't have a measuring tape?
Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string back out on a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.

When ordering,

Please specify the exact number on the measuring tape, we will make sure your bracelets will fit you nicely.
You can specify your wrist circumference in either centimeters or inches.

Please also specify whether you prefer your bracelet a little looser or tighter.
