Personally, I leave it on 24 seven At the start, I was worried about the elastic used to keep these beads on my bracelet. I asked hoping that I could get a satisfying answer. Well, I did! The elastic is something that I have never seen before. It is strong, keeps the bracelet together, no sagging at all! I plan to buy more in the future
