Aurum bracelet broke on 3rd day

I own 3 Aurum bracelets. I took advantage of your recent BOGO offer. I received a Labradorite bracelet IV (6mm) along with Hermitite-Grey/White bracelet. They both look beautiful until the Hermitite bracelet broke and sprayed beads everywhere. I have a Lava Rocks/Silver bracelet that latest a year before it broke. My wife was able to restring it since it was only 3 silver beads and all black lava beads. I can provide pics to show that these bracelets are loose hanging on my wrist so the size (8") is correct. I don't shower, swim, or sleep with them on. I expected this bracelet to last longer than 3 wearings. I cannot get this one restrung as several beads are lost. I can mail the loose beads back to you along with pics of it on my wrist. You sent me the request for a review. I am answering honestly and hope there is a resolution available.
