Bracelet Resize

Aurum went above and beyond to make sure the bracelet was sized properly. Now I hope that they can make a men‘s bracelet with deeper blues.

An exquisite, meticulously crafted piece of work. The custom sizing is flawless, and the unique cube cut transforms a classic material into something modern and architectural. There was an unexpected delay in international customs, but that was entirely out of the maker's hands. The communication and care on their end during the meticulous resizing and customs help was deeply human, attentive, and smooth throughout. Some objects feel like they carry a quiet, destined gravity long before they ever reach your hands, and this is certainly one of them.

This was the first time I purchased a bracelet. The aftermarket service was extraordinary. I did not expect to receive a courtesy email explaining what to do if I felt the sizing needed to be adjusted. They guided me through the process which was quick and hassle free. Just WOW !

The customer service agent was very specific about how I wanted the bracelet resized. We had a dialog over two days to ensure that the measurements of the wrist were correct and that the fit was how I wanted it (tight, standard or loose). She was very helpful. I sent several photos of the wrist measurement and of the bracelets my husband currently has and how he wears them. Aurum staff were extremely professional and really wanted to make sure the re-sizing was correct.

I appreciate how friendly the staff were with me throughout the resizing process.

Ordered my second bracelet from Aurum as I loved the first one. The size was a little smaller so Aurum sent me an email that went into junk. I didn’t check my junk mail ( my bad) and many weeks went by since my order. I followed up to see where my new bracelet was. They were holding my order because the new bracelet was a different size. I wanted it in a smaller size. I asked if they offer a resizing for my original bracelet and they did. Great! They emailed me a shipping label to send in my bracelet for resizing after I paid the fee. Great! They informed me my new bracelet would be sent back with my resized original bracelet. I received my resized bracelet but had to follow up about my new one. It is apparently in transit. A mixup in communication. I should have both bracelets after 5-6 weeks from my order.

Sent back Kyanite VII & Dragon Blood Jasper V bracelets for resizing. UPS lost the bracelets that were buried in their warehouse in Eindhoven NL for nearly 3 months! Aurum sent me replacement bracelets free of charge to make up for UPS shipping screwup. Thx to Eleanor & Leandra for awesome customer service. Resized Fits great

I received my bracelet. It was a little bigger than I wanted. I had made a mistake in measuring however they resized it perfectly and it looks amazing.

Aurum Brothers has been a great company to work with. I ordered a bracelet and unfortunately, miscalculated the size. I contacted them and had a response within hours from Eleanor. She was very helpful in setting me up to ship the incorrect size back and get one of the correct size. She even messaged me when the incorrect size had been received and informed me that the new one had shipped. This is premier customer service!
