Just received the Aventurine Blue Pack and, like all of my other purchases with Aurum Brothers, I am completely satisfied. Even when, during one of my first orders, I entered the incorrect size and had to return the bracelet….It was so easy and the response was exceptional and timely!

I think the new point system is a great idea, but I think it should apply to all purchases made in the last year.

As for the point system, I get what you mean. However we are unable to apply previous purchases automatically, so it would mean that we'd have to calculate all the points manually for each of our customers - which are so many that it would be impossible to do so... which is why we came with this solution.
